What are the main technical specifications of the dip switch?

1. According to the manufacturer of the dip switch, when welding the terminal, if a load is applied to the terminal, there may be looseness, deformation, and deterioration of electrical characteristics due to different conditions. Please be careful when using it.

When using through-hole printed circuit boards and circuit boards other than those recommended, changes may occur due to thermal stress, so please confirm the welding conditions thoroughly in advance.

When performing two welding operations, please wait until the first welding part has returned to room temperature before proceeding. Continuous heating may cause deformation of the peripheral parts, loosening and detachment of terminals, and a decrease in electrical characteristics.

4. Regarding the setting of welding conditions, it is necessary to confirm the actual batch production conditions.

5. This product is designed and manufactured with a DC resistive load as the premise. Using other loads [inductive load (L), capacitive load? Please confirm separately.

6. For the installation holes and patterns of printed circuit boards, please refer to the recommended dimensions recorded in the product drawing.

7. This switch is designed for direct human operation of the switch structure. Please do not use it for mechanical testing functions. Please use our company's sensing switch for the detection function.

When operating the switch, if a load above the specified level is applied, there is a possibility of damage to the switch. Please be careful not to apply force above the specified level on the switch.

9. Please avoid using the operating part from the side.

10. According to the manufacturer's analysis of the tactile switch, for the flat shaft type, try to press the center part of the switch as much as possible. For hinge structures, when pressed, the position of the shaft will move, please pay special attention.
